About Me
I'm not really one to talk about myself, but I'm going to give you a little bit of information so you know me a little better. My name is Rachel, and I'm currently living in the UK, studying mathematics at university. Now, I know what you're thinking, something along the lines of "eek, she likes maths", and yes, yes I do. Don't hold it against me. And I assure you I'm not some freaky maths geek who'll start churning out equations halfway through a book review. This is all about the books.

Now, there probably isn't much point in telling you I enjoy reading books, since that much is pretty obvious since I've started a blog for the sole purpose of talking about books. Pointless if I don't actually read, right? So instead of telling you that I enjoy reading, I'm going to tell you why I started this blog. A few weeks before I started this, I was reading a book called Obsidian, by Jennifer L. Armentrout. In this particular book, the main character was an avid reader like myself, and she loved reading books so much she posted regular blog reviews about what she read. This intrigued me, sounding very much like something I wanted to try, and something I'd enjoy doing. So, here I am, following in the footsteps of Katy Swartz.

I'll be mainly focusing on book reviews here, but I may throw in the odd review of book-based-films so you don't get bored (and because there's a few I'm excited about!). I hope you all enjoy what I write and will join me enjoying the brilliant books there are out there! And please feel free to leave comments and recommendations for what I should read next.

Thank you for visiting! Oh, and please don't be scared to leave a comment or sign my guestbook, I'd love to hear from you!
